This is the State and Harrison St Site in Chicago Illinois. This specific part of the city contains many older buildings that are in many ways beautiful but in many ways inefficient.  The Project calls for multiuse complex that will house students, stores and office space. Given that any new construction in this area is an opportunity to update the area , lets exploit this opportunity and create an example of modern efficient architecture .  
The problem: The lack of  modern mix use buildings that will serve as an example of modern efficient architecture.

The Solution: A modern efficient design that will show case contemporary “green” ideas while providing space for multi-use .
