The wolf point project started as an opportunity to explore different types of program.  The site is currently a parking lot that too many exemplifies a missed opportunity for a public project. The site could be a place for public gatherings or a place where you can find a kind of separation from the big noisy city.    
 

The problem: A site that was not used to its maximum potential by using it as a parking lot. The site has the advantage of having an uncommon location that is hidden from the city.

The Solution: Remove the parking lot and take advantage of the uncommon location of the site. Also integrate the site with the river taxi system so it becomes a part of a unique transit system created for the Chicago river.
